Managing a social media account and constantly coming up with fresh content is a massive drain on time and energy. For busy professionals or solopreneurs balancing a day job, content creation can feel like an overwhelming burden.
However, by integrating generative AI like ChatGPT or Claude into your actual workflow, you can slash a task that usually takes three to four hours down to just about 30 minutes.
In this post, I’ll share specific prompt examples you can follow in real-time, tips for tuning AI outputs, and ways to automate your design process—all based on the personal know-how I’ve gathered through my own work.

1. Planning Phase: The 4-Step Prompt Formula for Clear Outputs
If you simply tell AI, “Write a blog post,” you will get a cliché and boring text that anyone could write. To get a high-quality draft in the direction you want, you must provide clear guidelines to the AI. To do this, you must include the 4-part structure: [Role – Context – Constraint – Format].
Practical Prompt Example (Copy and Use)
[Role] You are a content planner and an expert Excel practical trainer with 10 years of experience as a finance manager at a large corporation.
[Context] I am running an informative Instagram account aimed at junior employees (1-3 years of experience) who work overtime every day, teaching them practical Excel shortcuts and functions to help them leave work earlier.
[Constraint] Never use difficult IT jargon. Explain in a friendly and warm tone. Keep sentences short, no more than 30 characters each, so they are easy to read on mobile.
[Format] Structure it for a 5-slide Instagram carousel. Organize it into a table format including ‘Title’, ‘Body Text’, and a ‘Background Image Description’ for each slide.
When you input the command including all 4 elements as above, the AI accurately grasps the questioner’s intent and provides structured data that meets the planning purpose.
2. Writing Phase: ‘3-Step Tuning’ Examples to Humanize Robotic Text
Even if you get a good draft through a clear prompt, you should avoid copying and uploading it as is. This is because the consistent patterns and dryness unique to AI-generated sentences remain. To gain reader empathy, the ‘tuning’ process of adding human experience and emotion is essential.
| ❌ Original AI Draft (Before) | ✅ Practical Tuning Complete (After) |
|---|---|
| “The Excel VLOOKUP function is very useful when merging data. First, you can quickly find desired values in vast amounts of data. Second, it reduces errors caused by manual work. Therefore, you can greatly reduce work time. Apply it to your practice right now.” | Remember those times when your team leader told you to ‘find all of Company A’s sales data from last year,’ and you sat in front of your monitor sweating, just pressing Ctrl+F? Introducing the VLOOKUP function that ends that overtime-inducing grunt work in just 1 minute.Usage is simple. Just enter the lookup value, data range, and column number to retrieve in order. Even thousands of rows of data are merged accurately without errors in just 3 clicks.
Too lazy to search for the VLOOKUP formula every time? ‘Save’ this post and pull it out whenever you need it. If there’s anything you don’t understand, leave a comment and I’ll answer it! Tuning Point: Changed the hook to form a specific relatable situation (overtime, cold sweat) and removed unnecessary conjunctions in the body to improve readability. Added a CTA at the end encouraging comments and saves. |
3. Visualization & Automation: Batch Creating 10 Images Simultaneously with Canva
Once text tuning is complete, you need to turn it into visual images. Copying and pasting text one by one into a design tool is inefficient. Utilizing Canva’s ‘Bulk Create’ feature allows you to convert text data into dozens of images at once.
Just a heads-up: there are so many new AI tools coming out these days that what I’m sharing might not be the “only” way to do things. If you’re already using better tools, feel free to stick with them—just follow this general workflow, and you’ll find your efficiency skyrocketing.
- Data Acquisition: Ask ChatGPT, “Based on the revised text, create a table with 3 columns: ‘Page Number’, ‘Title’, and ‘Body’.” Drag and copy the output table with your mouse.
- Paste into Spreadsheet: Paste the copied table into Google Sheets or Excel, and download the file format as a CSV file.
- Template Setup: Access Canva, select the ‘Instagram Post’ size, and design 1 basic template applying your brand colors and fonts. Place a text box for the title and a text box for the body in their respective positions.
- Run Bulk Create App: Click ‘Apps’ at the bottom of Canva’s left menu and search for and run ‘Bulk Create’.
- Upload Data & Connect: Upload the downloaded CSV file. Then, right-click the ‘Title text box’ on the Canva template screen, click ‘Connect Data’, and select the ‘Title’ column from the uploaded data. Connect the body text box to the ‘Body’ column in the same way.
- Batch Generation: Click the ‘Continue’ and ‘Generate Pages’ buttons at the bottom left of the screen. A new tab will open, and 10-20 carousel slides with all the text inputted will be completed in 1 second. After that, just modify the background slightly to fit the theme, and visualization is complete.
4. Platform-Specific Strategies: AI Usage for Instagram vs. Naver Blog
When utilizing AI, you must set the prompt instructions differently depending on the characteristics of the platform you are uploading to.
- Blog (Focus on SEO): For blogs, search exposure is key. When asking AI for a draft, you must force the placement of target keywords.
Prompt Example: “When writing, naturally include my suggested main keyword ‘Excel Basics for Professionals’ in 3 places: the title, the first sentence of the first paragraph, and the body subheadings (H2 tags). Write a total volume of at least 1,500 characters excluding spaces.” - Instagram/Threads (Visual Readability & Mobile Optimization): Since these are platforms consumed by fast scrolling on mobile screens, long text causes users to bounce.
Prompt Example: “Write all sentences so they do not exceed 2 lines to prevent messy line breaks on smartphone screens. Emphasize key keywords visually by using 1-2 appropriate emojis.”
5. AI Limitations and Fact-Checking Procedures
While AI is an incredible productivity booster, you should never trust its output 100%. This is a point I emphasize in almost everything I write, as it’s a trap that beginners often fall into. People tend to blame the AI whenever an error comes to light during the verification process, but as I always say: AI is a co-pilot, not the captain. Never follow it blindly.
- Hallucination Verification: AI has a characteristic of making up plausible lies about information it does not know. Especially for historical years, proper nouns of figures, statistical figures, and legal/tax information, you must not believe the AI’s output as is. Before publishing, you must cross-verify by directly searching original data through Google or official public institution statistics to ensure the numbers match.
- Preventing Copyright Issues: When using AI-generated images for commercial accounts, check the license policy of the AI tool. A safe method is to use AI features within platforms that allow commercial use, like Canva, or use photos you took yourself as backgrounds. Asking AI to ‘summarize and copy’ a specific author’s style or a recent column should also be avoided due to potential copyright infringement.
AI is not magic that spits out finished products for you, but a high-performance engine that maximizes the planner’s creativity and execution. Apply the prompt formula and automation steps above to 1 piece of content right now. Small executions will gather to build a stable and powerful content pipeline.
